I see a very personalized relationship in Psalm 23:1, because God is my Shepherd, my Leader, my Pilot, no good thing will He withhold from me, so I will never want for anything. After I became a single mom, there were times when the fridge was empty and the cupboards were bare, but God miraculously provided food in time for the next meal so the kids never went hungry.
