James 1:5 - James was privileged to be brother of Jesus, he did not take it for granted as he stayed close to Him and followed His teaching and emulated Him. James was very passionate about the Lord's work and became a great Encourager of the brethren. He knew that so many of us lack wisdom and all that is required of us is to ask God for it and He will give it to us. Today don't be afraid or shy to ask God for what you need because He is the Rewarder of them who diligently seek Him. We will be studying the book of James for awhile.
